The Library and History room is normally only open by appointment. Members of the Severn Cross Roads Foundation will lead you on a journey through the rich history of Severn Cross Roads.
Baldwin Hall has been a central feature to the surrounding community for centuries, and many of the place names and families associated with the area are directly connected to the Severn Crossroads. The Severn Cross Roads Foundation is dedicated to preserving this local community treasure and while the site is available for private events, it remains a community resource today.
Historic Baldwin Hall in Millersville, Maryland, is a Carpenter Gothic-style structure built in 1861 and listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Originally part of the Cross Roads Methodist Episcopal Church, it served as the sanctuary, a church school and hall before being moved and preserved as a community center.
