The Historic Charles W. Baldwin Hall, built in 1861, is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It is located on 2 acres in Millersville along with a reconstructed 1840’s one room school house which houses the Cora Delaney History Room. The Severn Cross Roads Foundation maintains the Historic Baldwin Hall and the school house. SCRF is committed to the preservation of Baldwin Hall as a community center providing meaningful historic interaction and an enjoyable environment for events.
